Terms of Service
Last updated October 19, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and SLICEY Technologies (“SendingOS”, “we”, “us”), 2122 Geneiva Drive, Nashville, TN 37216, USA. They cover your use of the SendingOS app, API, MCP server, CLI and this website (together, the “Service”). If you use the Service for a company or for clients, you accept these terms on their behalf and confirm you're allowed to.
1. The Service
SendingOS is software for outbound sales: sequencing email, LinkedIn and calls, managing replies, enriching lead data, warming up inboxes and running AI agents that act on your instructions. We may improve, change or retire features over time. If we remove something you rely on, we'll tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You need an account to use the Service. Keep your login and API keys secret; you're responsible for what happens under them.
- Workspaces keep each client's data, inboxes and campaigns apart. If you run workspaces for your own clients, you're responsible for giving them access, for the roles you assign, and for your agreements with them.
- If you use white-label features (your own domain, logo or colours), you confirm you have the rights to the domain and branding you add.
3. Acceptable use
Outbound only works when it's done responsibly, and our sending infrastructure is shared with other customers' reputations. You agree to:
- Follow every law that applies to your outreach, including anti-spam and privacy laws (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, the UK PECR and Canada's CASL) and calling laws (such as the TCPA, do-not-call registries and call-recording consent rules).
- Have a lawful basis to contact the people you contact, honour opt-outs promptly, and identify yourself honestly in every message.
- Follow the terms of the platforms you connect, including Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn.
- Not send phishing, malware, deceptive or illegal content; not impersonate anyone; and not try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around limits or security in the Service.
To protect deliverability for everyone, we may pause sending, inboxes or campaigns that show signs of abuse (for example, sudden bounce or complaint spikes), and we'll tell you why. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to suspension or termination.
4. Connected accounts and third-party services
You can connect mailboxes, LinkedIn accounts, phone numbers, calendars, CRMs and other tools. When you do, you authorise us to access and act on those accounts as needed to run the features you use. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms. They can change, limit or suspend access (for example, LinkedIn may restrict accounts that automate activity), and we aren't responsible for their actions or availability.
5. AI features
Agents and AI features generate drafts, replies, summaries and actions from your data and instructions. AI output can be wrong. You decide how much an agent may do on its own, and you're responsible for the messages and actions taken on your behalf, so review its settings and output.
6. Your data
You own the data you put into or create in the Service: leads, messages, recordings, notes and settings (“Customer Data”). You give us permission to host, process and transmit Customer Data only to provide, secure and support the Service for you. For personal data about your prospects, you're the controller and we're your processor; our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data, and a data processing agreement is available on request. You confirm you have the rights and permissions to the data you upload.
7. Plans, fees and migration
- Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Prices don't include taxes.
- We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect on your plan.
- If a payment fails, we may limit the Service until it's settled.
- Free migration from another tool is a service we provide in good faith. We'll do our best to bring everything across, but some data may not transfer exactly as it was.
8. Ending your use
You can cancel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms or if we're required to by law. After your account ends, you'll have 30 days to export your data, after which we delete it from our active systems (backups expire on their normal cycle).
9. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the Service reliable and your messages landing in the inbox, but we provide the Service “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't guarantee particular deliverability, reply, meeting or revenue results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Indemnity
You'll defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Data, the messages and calls you send through the Service, or your breach of these terms or the law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, and disputes will be handled by its courts.
