Privacy Policy
Last updated October 19, 2026
This policy explains what personal data SLICEY Technologies (“SendingOS”, “we”), 2122 Geneiva Drive, Nashville, TN 37216, USA, collects when you use our website and the SendingOS Service, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
1. Two kinds of data, two roles
- Account data: information about you as our customer (your name, email, company, billing details, how you use the app). We decide how it's used, so we're its controller.
- Customer Data: what you bring into or create in your workspaces, including your leads and prospects, the emails, LinkedIn messages and calls you exchange with them, recordings, transcripts and notes. You decide how it's used; we process it on your behalf, so we're its processor and you're the controller. A data processing agreement is available on request.
2. What we collect
From you
- Account and contact details: name, email, password or sign-in method, company, role, and two-factor settings.
- Billing details, handled by our payment processor (we don't store full card numbers).
- Anything you send our team: support messages, call notes, feedback.
From the accounts you connect
- Mailboxes (Google, Microsoft or SMTP/IMAP): access tokens or credentials, and the messages needed to send your campaigns, detect replies and bounces, run warmup and show conversations in your inbox.
- LinkedIn accounts: the profile, connection and message data needed to run your LinkedIn steps and show replies.
- Phone numbers: call logs, recordings and transcripts for calls made or received through the Service.
- CRMs, calendars and Slack: the records and events needed for the sync, booking or alerts you set up.
Automatically
- Log and device data: IP address, browser, pages and actions in the app, and error reports, used to run and secure the Service.
- Cookies: the app uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. This website stores your theme choice (light, dark or black) in your browser. We don't use advertising cookies.
3. How we use it
- To provide the Service: sending, reply handling, calling, LinkedIn steps, enrichment, analytics, agents and support.
- To keep it secure and reliable: preventing abuse, protecting sending reputation, and fixing errors.
- To bill you and to tell you about your account, changes and new features (you can opt out of product news).
- To meet legal obligations.
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the Service, your consent where we ask for it, and legal obligations.
We don't sell personal data, and we don't use Customer Data to train AI models. Our AI provider processes content sent through its API only to return results to us.
4. Google user data
SendingOS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Gmail and Google Workspace data only to provide the features you use, never for advertising, and people at SendingOS read it only with your permission, for security, or where the law requires.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the Service (listed below), with the third-party tools you choose to connect, when the law requires it, or as part of a merger or acquisition (with notice to you). Each provider is bound by a contract to protect the data and use it only for us.
| Provider | What for | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Hetzner | Hosting our servers and databases | EU |
| Anthropic | AI features: agents, reply drafting, summaries | US |
| Twilio | Phone numbers, calling and call recordings | US |
| Swarmhit | Running LinkedIn actions for connected LinkedIn accounts | [Region] |
| Airscale | Enrichment lookups you run (emails, phones, profiles) | [Region] |
| Browserbase | Secure browser sessions used when connecting some accounts | US |

When you connect Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Slack, HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Cal.com or Calendly, data flows between us and that service as your settings direct, under that service's own privacy policy.
6. International transfers
Some providers are outside your country, including in the US. Where data leaves the EU, UK or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is open and as long afterwards as we need to for legal, tax or dispute purposes. Customer Data stays until you delete it or your account ends; after that you have 30 days to export it, then we delete it from our active systems, and backups expire on their normal cycle.
8. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, per-workspace separation, optional two-factor authentication and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we'll tell you without undue delay.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent. Write to [privacy@sendingos.com]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. If you were contacted by a SendingOS customer
Our customers use SendingOS to run their own outreach, and they decide who they contact. If you received a message or call sent through SendingOS, the sender is responsible for your data: reply to them or use the opt-out in their message. If you can't reach them, write to us and we'll pass your request on and help where we can.
11. Children
The Service is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 16.
12. Changes
We'll post any changes here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app.
